Dr. Yadav was great. The staff not so great. I referred several people to the office, they liked the doctor but found the office staff to be unhelpful. There were several occasions in which the patients requested information on the out of pocket cost and were not given any information only to receive costly, unexpected bills after the fact.

Dr. Priti Sud is one of the best. It was quick and I'm glad I was in the clear when my results came back. She knows her work. She knows what she is doing. Thank you for taking the time out of your busy day to help and reassure my concerns.

The front office staff was great. I didn’t have to wait long to get into an exam room. The nurse who came to take my blood pressure did so with a cuff on the wrist. My blood pressure was extremely high, which is unusual. She didn’t even bring up the issue about my blood pressure. And then when I told her about the bad experience, I had previously with a colonoscopy. She didn’t even seem concerned. So I’m hoping this colonoscopy that I’m having go smoothly.

I had the best experience under the circumstances of a colonoscopy. Everyone at the facility was extremely nice and professional. Their bedside manner was awesome, and the nurse that gave me my IV was amazing. I am usually terrified, but she made it very comfortable, quick, and otherwise painless. My nurse Joseph when I woke from my anesthesia was absolutely sweet. He was very helpful and comforting.

I appreciate the time that Dr. Kaiser spent with me reviewing my history, labs, and plan of care. This is important so that I fully understand the purpose of tests/exams that are needed to further identify any further treatment. Do not go to this office, they will charge $350 for absolutely nothing have you go spend money to get scans and not even bother to call you with results. Corrupt just like the rest of the medical industry!!

Front desk and nurse were very friendly but Dr Sud just seemed uninterested in my situation. This was a follow up visit from an ER visit the prior week. She kept asking me the same questions over and over and basically said I was fine and sent me on my way. She just did t seem to care at all. I won’t go back to her ever.

The prep for colonoscopy is the hardest part! But Dr. Yadev and her team: Dr.Hunt, Joseph, Gennie, Michelle and Paulette made everything relaxed and easy. Are you kidding? Dr K is one of the best physicians I have ever encountered. He is friendly, professional and forthcoming. He is the only doctor I have met that actually took time to personally call me at home and go over test results. Practically unheard of in our overtaxed medical system. This is my 2nd time having a Coloscopy and over the last 10yrs perhaps memory fads. I actually had a very good experience at my prior office. This time I felt like a part in a manufacturing plant on an assembly line . I was asked to arrive an hour ahead of time, I did only to sit and wait for 50 mins with a room pack full of patients all waiting. When my name was finally called, I was whisked into pre-Op, poked with needles asked so many questions so quickly I could not understand what they were saying, I asked to slow down, it was chilly and I asked for a blanket. Within 5 mins I was delivered to procedure room. They were making up for lost time as we were now a few minutes past my procedure time. The procedure went smoothly yet I would never return. The lack of care for individuals was clear, when the Doctor came back in the room, she barely spent 3 mins reviewing her findings, my Husband at that point had come in to pick me up. She never even acknowledged him. All the way around a poor experience for an elective procedure.

Back in 2015 Dr. K found a precancerous polyp. Ever since then, the office has been helping me with my reminders of scheduling my colonoscopies. Dr. K is really a great listener and cares for the patients. Happy to be one of them!

When was that in her scope of practice?? also I am working extensively with a therapist and a physiatrist and I don’t even have depression. Feeling so discouraged after going to this doctor.also the office staff is pretty cruel and laughed at me on the phone. Pretty terrible experience.

Front desk staff is so welcoming. Dr. Yadav’s MA is very friendly and accommodating. Have called several times with some questions and there is always someone there to help me. Dr. Yadav is absolutely amazing!! She comes into the appointment knowing who you are. She truly cares about her patients and takes the time to explain their condition(s) to them. You leave felling like you are on the path to becoming well.

Dr Patel is one the the best Dr.s I have gone to. He really listens to what you have to say and gives you time to ask questions. You never feel rushed in his office. When test results came back, he personally called me with the results, which is awesome, then you have the dr. to ask questions to. I highly recommend him I believe he truly cares.

I would have liked more information on the two medication’s when he gave me samples and I really didn’t know what it was gonna do. The other one is an anabiotic which is very expensive and I’ll be calling back on Tuesday to find out more information.

Office visit fine. Procedure visit was late and harried for staff and after procedure I was asleep when doctor came to see me so no information. Still waiting for results. Another doctor at the procedure location seemed to cause all of the issues with too many and too fast issues. Good staff but crushes with timing.

I drive 45 minutes each way to get to Dr. Kaiser's office because besides being an excellent Doctor, he is also extremely knowledgeable, takes his time to go over the diagnosis clearly, answers my questions and doesn't rush me out of the office (unlike some other doctors I've visited in the past) and the staff are friendly and efficient.

Both staff and Dr Patel were very kind and professional. Dr Patel took the time to explain everything in great detail. 5 stars!
